Maura was diagnosed with Celiacs disease in 2010. Soon after, she moved to Europe with her husband. She was unable to work while they were there so instead she began the tedious task of learning to cook gluten free. Her experience with international cuisine and striving to make gluten free delicious for her and those around her has given her a passion for making gluten free fun and delicious.



Kelly has been cooking and entertaining her whole life. She has a passion for home cooked meals with exotic flavors and fresh ingredients. She finds excuses to have parties just so she can cook. She has worked in restaurants and as a personal chef and has incredible talent for making food beautiful and delicious. Her creativity combined with her experience produces incredible results. When Maura was diagnosed with Celiacs, she took it upon herself to learn the ins and outs of gluten free cooking.
